real property located in those states where Royal Consultants is

reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate the

of these terms of use, including without limitation this
paragraph. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement
between you and Royal
Consultants with respect to the use of this website
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications,

Consultants with respect to this website and the products
and services associated with it. If any part of this agreement
is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to
applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty
disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then
the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded
by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches
the intent of the original provision and the remainder of
the agreement shall continue in effect. A printed version
of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form
shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings
based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent
and subject to the same conditions as other business documents
and records originally generated and maintained in printed

Royal Consultants — Our Commitment to
Your Financial Privacy
We understand that it is important
to you to know that the information you provide us will
be secure. Royal Consultants uses
sophisticated technology to help ensure that the information
you transmit online remains confidential and secure. Here
are some of the security measures we have integrated into
Royal Consultants web site to protect against the loss, misuse
and alteration of the information you provide us:

your loan and is not distributed to non-affiliated

Royal Consultants server. Our Secure Socket Layer utilizes
the strongest encryption that is commercially available.
This technology requires an SSL-capable browser such
as MS Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later) or Netscape Navigator
2.0 (or later). Transmissions between Royal Consultants and
you are encrypted using public key cryptography algorithms
with a minimum key size of 128 bits.

Royal Consultants is committed to honoring
the requests of its current and prospective customers.
In support of this commitment and pursuant to
regulations set forth by the Federal Communications
Commission (“FCC”), Federal Trade
Commission’s (FTC) Telemarketing Sales
Rule (TSR), Royal Consultants has adopted
the following policy:
Royal Consultants maintains a record of the
name and contact telephone number for consumers
who do not wish to be called. If you do not wish
to receive sales calls from Royal Consultants,
you can ask us to place your telephone number on
our “Do Not Call” list. We will document
your request in compliance with federal and state
laws.
Your request can be in writing or email communication
or by phone, and must include at a minimum, your
telephone number and full name.
Our do-not-call records are maintained for at least
five (5) years.
When we solicit prospective customers, we also
honor “Do Not Call” requests on behalf
of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call
Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission
and various state-agency lists. Many states “Do
Not Call” regulations permit companies
to contact their own customers and consumer inquiries
even though they are on these “Do Not Call” Lists.
Therefore, if you are a customer or have placed
an application or inquired of services of the company,
you may be contacted by us even though you are
on the state or the national “do not call” list.
If you do not want to be contacted by Royal
Consultants even though you are a customer,
simply follow the steps above to be placed on the
Company “Do Not Call” List and your
request will be honored.
Being on the Royal Consultants “Do
Not Call” list means that you won’t
receive any sales calls by anybody representing
Royal Consultants. We may still contact you, however,
for non-solicitation purposes. This would pertain
to loan processing, compliance and other service-related
matters.
Any personnel involved with telemarketing and/or
telephone solicitation with the Company are trained,
informed and directed to comply with the Company’s “do-not-call” policy.
If a consumer requests a copy of our “Do
Not Call” Policy, we will send a copy via
U.S. Mail or electronic mail. Please make your
request to the contact information below.

federal and state “do-not-call” laws
